Okay but unrealistic buggy interface

Planes are really too easy to fly and you spend a lot of time waiting to reach the next objective...a lot of time! On iPad 2 the throttle handle would often appear on the opposite side of the screen from the rest of the throttle. Physics of flight were not well modeled either. A game - yes, a simulator - no.
